How can I be sure my information will be kept confidential?

BridgeLine treats ALL candidate data with the utmost confidentiality. We NEVER present your information to any company unless you have given us your permission to represent you.

I’m happy in my current role. Why should I talk to a recruiter when I’m not looking for a job?

BLRPO recruiters will keep in touch with you over the course of your career and keep you informed regarding the ever-changing market. Additionally, we can help time the move perfectly, allowing you to fulfill your business and personal obligations without missing out on a great opportunity.

Do your recruiters get paid a commission when they place me? How can I know they are working in my best interest?

BridgeLine recruiters are paid salaries, NOT commissions on placement fees. We are also gauged on Quality of Hire and Retention. It is always our goal to ensure both candidate and client make the right choice for the best long term outcome.

I get a lot of calls from headhunters. How is BridgeLine RPO different?

BridgeLine RPO is NOT an agency or “headhunter”. We do not get paid a fee for you taking a job. Companies hire BridgeLineRPO for a monthly service fee to help them find employees. We assign recruiters who work with the client exclusively. As soon as you speak with a BLRPO recruiter, we will disclose the name of our client and share all relevant information.
